Tax Form Not Ready For Filing

What it means
The draft Form 5472 or pro forma 1120 can't be generated yet because required information is missing, such as the EIN or an address. The response lists each missing item in an issues array.
What to do
Open the Tax Center's validation report, fill in each missing item, then generate the form again.
